Sit-down: 160 guests

Can we do sit down dinners?↓
At Yering Meadows, we cater for both sit-downs and standing events.
Can we decorate the spaces?↓
Yes, you can decorate the place as required provided all decorations are down by the end of the function. Ask the event manager for further information.
When can we access the space?↓
The space can be accessed anytime from 3.30pm for set up. Cakes and decorations can be arranged to be drop off between 8am and 4pm.
Can I bring BYO food and alcohol?↓
No. All food and alcohol is purchased through Aroma Lily Events.
Do I have to pay for a deposit?↓
Yes there is a 50% non- refundable deposit required upfront, which is taken off the balance at the end of the night.
Can I have a DJ or live music?↓
Yering Meadows
DJ, live band and MC speakers are allowed on the venue.
You may play your own music via our sound system speakers that can connected to your own music.
What is the latest time my event can go until?↓
Yering Meadows
Monday to Saturday - Until 11.00pm, we will call last drinks at 10.30pm.
*Sunday and public holidays *- Until 10.30pm, we will call last drinks at 10pm.
Can I bring my own cake?↓
Yes. A cakeage fee of $2.50 per person will only apply if we are required to cut the cake.
Can I open a TAB for my drinks?↓
Yes, and it is to be settled at the end of the night. You can put as little or as much money on the tab as you like provided the minimum spend is met
